There are 5 bedrooms. The Master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite. 3 bedrooms have a queen-size bed and built in single bunk beds. 1 bedroom has a queen-sized bed only. There are two further bathrooms with showers.

The main living area, kitchen/dining, bedrooms and a bathroom on the middle level. On the lower level is anther living area (with table tennis table and large TV), bathroom and laundry.

Yes. The study is well sized. It has a large desk, two computer monitors, ethernet and Wi-Fi. It also has its own small fireplace, and a window into the Moonah trees outside.

The main upper deck with access from to the kitchen, dining and main living room has views over the surrounding lake, golf course and small hills that create the natural amphitheatre containing the lake.

Yes, linen and bath towels are provided in the standard charges. These are provided by a linen service and are of good, hotel quality. One set of linen is provided for the duration of the stay. Replacement linen can be arranged at the guests request and cost. Beach towels are not included in the cost, but can be provided at a small charge.

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and a well stocked pantry. Some of the appliances include: Miele dual ovens and dishwasher, large LG fridge with water cooler and ice, large gas stove. Coffee maker and plungers, microwave and toaster. On the main deck outside the kitchen is a large Webber gas fired BBQ.

The fireplace is a freestanding Cheminee Philippe cast iron firebox. It generates substantial heat and is very beautiful. A similar firebox is in the study.

Yes the swimming pool is heated, at the guests request. We do not leave the heating on at all times to avoid wastage. We request that guests send a message asking for the heater to be turned on. It takes about 3 hours to reach a very warm temperature.

Almost all the time were are very happy for guests to arrive and depart at any time on respective arrival/departure dates. This gives guests flexibility to enjoy their full holiday compared with the typical 10am departure or 3pm arrival limitations. In the very rare event that this is not possible, we will let you know in advance.

The cancellation policy can differ depending upon the platform through which the guest has booked. Typically, the guest can receive a full refund if cancellation is 7 days before arrival. After 7 days there is no refund. Please check the agreement for precise detail.
